The short version: RankMaxxing is a study tool. Use it for your own prep, don't copy or resell our questions, and remember that we help you find and fix mistakes; we can't promise any rank or marks. Your 21-day trial is free with no card. After that, Pro is ₹300/month through Google Play, and you can cancel anytime.

1. These terms

By ticking "I agree" and using RankMaxxing, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If we change them in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first, and ask you to agree again where needed.

2. Who can use RankMaxxing

RankMaxxing is for students aged 13 and over preparing for competitive exams. If you are under 18, please go through these Terms and the Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian; by continuing, you confirm they have agreed. A parent or guardian who pays for a subscription is responsible for that payment.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. One account is for one student; please don't share it. You can use it on up to two devices. Keep your Google account secure: what happens in your RankMaxxing account is treated as done by you.

4. Free trial and Pro

Every new account gets 21 days with everything unlocked, starting at sign-up. No card is needed.
After the trial you can keep the free plan, or buy Pro for ₹300/month. What each plan includes is shown in the app.
Pro is billed by Google Play and renews every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions; Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for.
Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. If something went wrong, write to us and we'll help.
If we ever change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you.

5. Referrals

You can share your code. A friend who joins with it gets 50% off their first month of Pro.
When your friend's first payment has gone through and isn't refunded for 7 days, you get 1 month of Pro free, up to 6 months a year.
A code can be added in the first 30 days after sign-up, once per account, and can't be changed later.
Codes can't be used on your own account or a second account on the same phone. We may withhold rewards that come from fake or duplicate accounts.
Referral rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred.

6. Fair use

Please don't:

copy, scrape, record, share or sell our questions, explanations or other content;
try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app, or get around plan limits;
pretend to be someone else, or use someone else's account.

7. Our content

The questions, explanations, designs and Chikoo belong to BreakThePattern. You may use them for your own study inside the app. RankMaxxing is not affiliated with NTA, the IITs or any coaching institute; exam names are used only to describe what our content prepares you for.

8. Results and accuracy

RankMaxxing is a study aid. We check every question carefully, but mistakes can happen, and the leaks we name are based on the answers you give in the app. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll fix it. Your marks and rank depend on many things outside our control, so we don't guarantee any marks, percentile, rank or admission.

9. Notifications

We only send the notifications you've allowed, and you can change or turn them off anytime in Me → notifications.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime (Me → Delete account, or see how to delete your account). Deleting it doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel that in Google Play. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or are used for fraud, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

11. Liability

We work hard to keep RankMaxxing available and correct, but we provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the issue. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most things can be sorted out quickly. If not, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction.
